Torre Bermeja is a quiet residential development that allows each guest privacy and luxury.

The development is located behind a historically protected area, for its Roman ruins, which is located in front of the beach on the New Golden Mile. The area has been beautifully landscaped with walkways to the beach.

All the development of Torre Bermeja dominates the historical care of the Mediterranean Sea, with Gibraltar and Africa on the horizon.

  • Security. Torre Bemeja offers a safe and closed environment within which to live. 24-hour security and CCTV through the site are served from the main entrance door where the security control center is located. All points of entry of vehicles and pedestrians, as well as the entrances of the apartments, require entry of magnetic strip. In addition, all apartments have an intruder alarm and a fire alarm that is connected to the main security office.
  • Swimming pools. Torre Bermeja offers residents pools that can be used throughout the year. For the long summer months there are 2 outdoor infinity pools, one of which has a children’s pool, located in phase one and phase two of the community.
  • Spa and gym. There are 2 spa areas available for residents throughout the year, each with a sauna, showers, changing rooms and a fully equipped gym.
  • Beach restaurant. In front of the development next to the archaeological site is the famous Tikitano restaurant. Tikitano offers an exquisite menu throughout the year in a sumptuous interior during the winter months and an outdoor terrace overlooking the sea in the summer months.
  • Gardens. The Mediterranean gardens in which the development takes place are very well cared for. At the front of the development there is a grass park area with lakes and trails that lead to the beach. The park is part of a protected archaeological site of 30,000 square meters. There is direct access to both the park and the beach from the development.
  • Connectivity. Wi-Fi is available throughout the complex, both inside the apartments and in the common areas outside and next to the pool. A selection of Sky, BBS and ITV channels are available in each apartment distributed by the community.

It is well served by the local services that extend along the New Golden Mile.

  • There are variety of restaurants, bars and cafes that can be easily seen from the main road.
  • There are supermarkets nearby, including a Mercadona supermarket in Cancelada and a Carrefour at the entrance to Estepona. In addition, there are several grocery stores along the New Golden Mile, including some that specialize in overseas products, such as the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. A new shopping center is just a few minutes away by car.
  • Laguna Village is located next to the beach along the New Golden Mile and offers a small selection of special boutique shops, as well as a restaurant and a coffee shop.
  • The Golf Resort ‘Los Flamingos’, home of the exclusive Villa Padierna, is only 5 minutes away by car. However, the location of Torre Bermeja is in the heart of the golf valley and there are numerous courses to choose from.
